The Fine Print
- Each accommodation voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Vouchers may not be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.
- Voucher must be used by persons over 18 years of age only.
- Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates apply.
- All vouchers may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Once initially redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit.
- Accommodation vouchers and overnight stay experiences may not be cancelled, transferred, rebooked for a different time or refunded once booking is confirmed. In case of a no-show, the voucher will become null & void.
- Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
- Standard hotel policies apply (e.g. credit card for incidents and additional charges).
